The official website product is covered by SANYIPACE product warranty for 12 months from the date of original purchase. Proof of first consumer purchase or other reasonable documentary evidence is required to establish the warranty start date. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Limited Warranty
Sanyipace sewer inspection camera parts (excluding rechargeable batteries) are guaranteed for one year without defects.
For quality issues only. This warranty is limited to defective parts or workmanship of the camera. If during the warranty period the original manufacture of the material or the workmanship of the product is found to be defective, SANYIPACE will (at its option) replace the product with the same or a comparable product free of charge.
This warranty does not apply to battery chargers that were not supplied by Sanyipace at the time of purchase. Warranty coverage is void if you sell or otherwise transfer the product.
Exclusions
The SANYIPACE guarantee does not apply to:
- All damage not related to manufacturing defects.
- Any inappropriate environment or use of the product in the opinion of SANYIPACE.
- Any product modified without official approval from SANYIPACE.
- Any product purchased through a third party or reseller that is not an authorized SANYIPACE dealer.
- Restricted to the original consumer purchaser
The product warranty from SANYIPACE is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable to subsequent owners.
- Damage, deterioration, or malfunction resulting from accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of God.
- Repair or attempted repair by persons not authorized by SANYIPACE.
- SANYIPACE's warranty does not apply to the battery.
Procedures for returning goods
Step 1:
Please contact us by email at service@sanyipace.de, tell us your problem and confirm the solution.
Step 2:
Take a picture of what you shipped and send it to us along with the tracking number. The maintenance fee depends on whether it is within warranty. (Please check the warranty coverage)
Step 3:
We confirm the return of the goods and have verified the problem. Please also email us your
Concrete contact information (name, mobile phone number, detail address, zip code).
Step 4:
We will resend the goods to you.

Shipping costs
Customer is responsible for shipping the Product to SANYIPACE and SANYIPACE is responsible for shipping the Product back to Customer after completion of service under this Limited Warranty.
Any products returned to SANYIPACE without a return authorization from Customer Service or proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
Once you receive the camera, take it out of the box, plug it into a power outlet, and fully charge the battery. Read the user manual and follow all instructions.
