If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will process your return/exchange request as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. Requests after 30 days will not be honored. Please contact us first by email service@sanyipace. en
Return and Exchange Policy
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- All items must be in the same condition in which you received them, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Disposables:
- Items on sale are non-refundable.
- Damage/losses caused by customers are non-refundable.
General return process
- Arrange return: Please send us an email with photos and/or videos of the items to service@sanyipace. de and let us know your order number. Our customer service representatives will establish eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
- Send the item back: If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address and instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange using a shipping method that provides tracking information and a signature as we are not responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
- Refund or Exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 business days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return Shipping Fee
- If the return is due to our problems (ex. B : wrong products, quality problems of the products), we will give you a full refund.
- If the return is due to the buyer's problem (eg. B : don't like/want item, ordered wrong product/size), buyer should pay the freight.
- Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee for returning a product.
Refunds
- Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be made to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
- If you have not received the refund within 2-3 business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at service@sanyipace. en
Order cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after purchase. If your payment has been completed and the package is not dispatched, you can cancel your order before your item is delivered. And we will full refund your money.
- Orders cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped.
