Free shipping on all orders to mainland EU and UK.

The most important countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland , Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom.

Sanyipace.de currently only ships to mainland EU countries and the UK and does not offer shipping to PO Boxes. Box or other countries.

taxes and duties

Our product prices are prices including VAT. Normally, for all UK and EU countries customers, we do not charge any taxes and shipping fees. In special cases, some out-of-stock products will be charged customs duty for shipping from Hong Kong to your country. If you do not want to pay any customs duty, please contact our customer service to switch to other logistics methods with longer transportation time.

shipping time

We usually ship from our German, French, Italian, Spanish or UK warehouse with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 days. The choice of warehouse we ship from largely depends on the country you are buying from.

If your product is not in stock, we will ship it from our China warehouse with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. You may have to pay customs duties or VAT according to the relevant tax regulations. If you do not wish to pay them, please contact us to arrange another courier.

Please make sure all delivery information is correct. In the event of incorrect and/or missing information, we may need to contact you to update delivery information, which may result in delays in the delivery of your order.

All of our products are shipped by express shipping such as Amazon Logistics, UPS, FedEx, etc. We have the discretion to select the most suitable carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.

Cancellation of the order

We accept cancellation of an order before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will receive a full refund. We can not cancel the order if the product has already been shipped, you can choose to refuse the package.

Order tracking

Your tracking code will appear in the email your order was shipped with. You can check your order directly under "Track Order" on our website.

If you have not received the package as expected, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you by contacting the courier on your behalf.

Note: During public holidays, as the courier companies limit operations during this period, the shipping time may be affected. While this is unfortunately out of our control, we will do our best to improve this issue.
